Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP)
This document, the Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP), primarily serves as DOE’s Quality Assurance/Surveillance Plan (QASP) for the evaluation of Stanford University (hereafter referred to as “the Contractor”) performance regarding the management and operations of the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (hereafter referred to as “the Laboratory”) for the evaluation period from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. The performance evaluation provides a standard by which to determine whether the Contractor is managerially and operationally in control of the Laboratory and is meeting the mission requirement and performance expectations/objectives of the Department as stipulated within this contract.
